These Bonus Terms explain how every Windsor Casino promotion works, from opting in to cashing out. Read them alongside our General Terms before you take any offer.

Knowing the basics

Bonus funds give you extra play, but they only become cash once the rules set out here are met.

Every promotion runs under these Bonus Terms plus the details shown with that offer in your account.
Your bonus balance is kept separate from your real-money balance.
Deposits of real money have no wagering attached and may be withdrawn in line with our General Terms.
Bonus funds stay locked against withdrawal until all wagering has been met.
Request a cashout while wagering is still unfinished and any remaining bonus funds are forfeited.
Eligibility for any offer is determined by us.

Watching the clock

Every bonus has a timer. When it runs out, the bonus is gone.

Welcome lossback funds last 7 days after they are paid out.
Each other offer has its own deadline, listed in that offer's details.
Unused bonus funds, and any unfinished wagering, expire when the deadline passes.

Turning bonus funds into cash

Once wagering is done, bonus money becomes real money. Some offers cap how much can convert.

Any conversion cap is stated in the details of that offer before you opt in.
On conversion of the bonus, anything above the cap is removed.
Converted funds follow the withdrawal rules in our General Terms.

Claiming the welcome lossback

C$1,000 Lossback. Lose in your opening 24 hours and get as much as C$1,000 returned.

Your opening day comes with a safety net. Any net loss you record during your opening 24 hours is returned as bonus funds, to a ceiling of C$1,000, and those funds remain available for 7 days. Deposits begin at C$5.

Net losses refunded as Lossback, to a maximum of C$1,000.
Applies to your opening 24 hours of play.
Paid as bonus funds, valid 7 days.
Minimum deposit C$5.
Real-money deposits carry no wagering.
A 1x wagering requirement applies to Lossback bonus funds.

Ontario players: provincial rules ban public promotion of incentives, so the offer shows up once you register and log in. Same amounts, same rules.

Keeping bets within the cap

Big bets and bonus funds do not mix.

Each bonus has a maximum stake, applied per spin, hand or round. The limit appears alongside the offer in your account.
This cap stays in force until the wagering is met or the bonus expires.
Stake more than the maximum and both the bonus and its winnings could be forfeited.

Playing it straight

Offers are for genuine play. Gaming the system ends the offer.

Creating additional accounts to take an offer a second time.
Colluding with fellow players to meet wagering requirements.
Placing low-risk bets on opposite outcomes to clear wagering.
Using bots or scripts.
Switching stakes in patterns designed to exploit an offer.

If we uncover bonus abuse, we can void the bonus, cancel the winnings it made, bar the player from future promotions and act under our General Terms.

Opting in

No surprises. You choose every bonus you take.

Offers are opt-in. Claim them from the offers area in your account.
Read the offer details first: the deadline, wagering, eligible games and stake cap.
You may decline any offer and use only real money to play.
You can cancel a bonus at any point. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and their winnings.

Meeting wagering

Wagering is how many times bonus funds must be bet before they turn into cash.

Welcome lossback funds: 1x wagering.
Other bonuses: 50x the bonus amount, unless the offer details state something different.
Real-money deposits: no wagering.

Counting each game type

Slots: contribute to wagering, apart from roughly 50 titles barred from bonus play. Those titles are marked within each offer's details.
Table games: 8% of every stake counts.
Other game types: check the offer details to see if they contribute. A game that is not listed should be treated as not counting.

Bets placed with real money come first. Bonus funds are used once your real-money balance runs out.

Checking who can take part

Offers are for players who meet every rule below.

At least 19 years old and based in Canada.
Your area must allow online casino games before you play.
Identity and location checks complete.
Only one welcome offer per person.
Players on a break or a self-exclusion cannot receive offers. Details are on our Safer Play page.

One bonus active at any time

One bonus on the board. Finish it, then grab the next.

Each account runs a single active bonus. No more.
A fresh offer opens up after your current bonus is fully wagered, runs out or gets cancelled.

Changing offers

Promotions rotate like the signs on the strip.

We can change, pause or withdraw an offer, or these Bonus Terms, at any point.
Changes do not reduce bonus funds already credited to you.
